All orders are processed within up to 14 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). This includes time to prepare, package, and quality-check your order before shipment.

If you need your order faster, we offer a Rush Order Upgrade, which prioritizes your order for processing within 3–5 business days.
You can purchase the rush upgrade directly from our website [link to your rush order product page]. Rush processing applies only to production time — shipping time still depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that selecting a faster shipping method at checkout (like express or priority shipping) does not shorten the processing time unless a rush upgrade is purchased.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Rates may vary depending on location and carrier.

    Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

We offer worldwide shipping. Please be aware that:

  • International shipping costs are higher, and you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you do not receive tracking information after your order’s processing window, feel free to reach out to us.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier.

  4. Wait an additional 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

Unlike mass-produced press-ons, each set of Minimoonlight Nails is made to order based on your exact nail sizes. That means you’re not getting a one-size-fits-all set—you’re getting a custom fit that looks seamless, feels secure, and lasts longer.

To make sure your set fits like a glove, you’ll need to determine your nail sizes before placing your order. There are two easy ways to do that:

Option 1: Order a Sizing Kit (Recommended)

Our sizing kit includes sample nails in every size and shape we offer. Simply try them on, record your perfect fit for each finger, and submit your sizes at checkout or via message.

Ideal if this is your first time ordering or if you're unsure of your shape or length.

Option 2: Measure at Home (Fastest Option)

If you want to skip the wait, you can measure your natural nails at home using a soft measuring tape or the tape-and-ruler method:
1.Place a piece of clear tape across the widest part of your natural nail (sidewall to sidewall).

2.Mark the width on the tape and measure it in millimeters using a ruler.

3.Repeat for each nail on both hands.

4.Match your measurements to the Minimoonlight Nails sizing chart below, or choose Custom Size and enter your exact numbers at checkout.

  • Custom Size: If your measurements don’t align with a standard size, or if you want the most tailored fit, select “Custom Size” and enter your measurements for each nail.

How to Read and Use Your Nail Sizes

Measured Your Nails at Home?

Write down the width of each natural nail in millimeters, measuring sidewall to sidewall at the widest point. Then, use the chart below to find the corresponding Minimoonlight Nails tip size.

For example:


  • 12.1mm = Size #2

  • 9.9mm = Size #5

  • 9.5mm = Size #6

Do this for all 10 fingers.

Example result:

Right Hand: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

Left Hand: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

This would match our Standard Size: Small

Used the Sizing Kit?

Each sample tip in your kit is stamped with its size number (00-13). Simply try them on, record the sizes that fit best on each finger, and compare your numbers to our standard size chart.

Example:

1, 5, 4, 6, 8 = Standard Size: Medium

Custom Sizing Option

Don’t worry if your sizes don’t match a standard set exactly—it’s totally normal!

If your recorded sizes vary from the standard options, just select “Custom” at checkout and enter your individual sizes in the notes box.
